What we assess
AI is not an IT project. It's a leadership decision that touches operations, strategy, workforce, and competitive positioning. Our work is to find where AI creates real leverage in your organization, and where the hype doesn't match the reality.
Assessments are grounded in practical experience, not theoretical frameworks or vendor sales pitches. We look at your workflows, your data, and your team's capabilities as they are today to identify the highest-value AI opportunities for your organization.
Engagement formats
- Focused assessment (half-day). A concentrated evaluation of a specific department, workflow, or business challenge. You get a clear picture of what AI can do for that particular area, with concrete recommendations and next steps.
- Organizational audit (multi-day). A comprehensive review across departments and functions. We map your current AI readiness, identify the highest-value use cases, assess risks and limitations, and deliver a prioritized implementation roadmap.
- Strategic briefing (60-90 minutes). For leadership teams that need to understand the AI landscape as it relates to their industry. Not a technology demo: a strategic conversation about which AI investments make sense for your organization and which don't.
What you get
Every strategy engagement produces concrete deliverables specific to your organization. Typical outputs include:
- A prioritized list of AI use cases ranked by business impact and implementation feasibility
- A clear-eyed assessment of organizational readiness: skills gaps, data infrastructure, cultural factors
- Specific tool and technology recommendations matched to your identified use cases
- Implementation roadmap with clear phases, milestones, and resource requirements
- Risk assessment covering data privacy, accuracy, workforce impact, and vendor dependency
- Clear identification of where AI doesn't make sense for your organization right now
Our philosophy
The best AI strategy starts with intellectual honesty. Not every process benefits from AI, and not every organization needs to be on the cutting edge. Sometimes the most valuable thing we can tell a client is "not yet" or "not this." We'd rather give you an assessment that saves you from a bad investment than one that tells you what you want to hear.
